I watched other people tried to cover various areas of music to find their own color. However, I realized that they only ‘tried’ to find the color, but weren’t able to absorb it as their own color. I just hope that each of them don’t miss what they ‘already naturally have in them’ for their music. Maybe that is why I love to do music with innocent emotions.

I feel special for my real name, because it is rather a rare name that my parents gave me. I started this ‘art of music’ with a stage name for a short period of term at the beginning, but I am now proud to be on the stage with my real name with a mindset ‘I would do the music to my name!’

I particularly loved music since my childhood, and that heart still continued until now. I would say the music is like my friend. I sometimes stay away from music when I experience a slump, but soon I find it again to seek comfort in it. I am always thankful what music means to me.

This might against your expectation, but the music I thought from before was pleasantly simple. Ideally, I imagined myself to be a person who just loves music without any reasons. But then now, I want to do music that I really desire to do, rather than doing music drag by others.

I think I have pretty similar process compare to other musicians. I normally pick my favorite beat, choose the subject, compose melody and add lyric to it. I usually work at dawn. The word ‘Dawn’ even gives me the feeling of comfort. At dawn, there is an atmosphere which helps me to organize all the emotions of mine and makes me to focus on composing music.

I had collaboration with other artists for most of time, so there are not many personal songs of mine. I have given a lot of thought to add changes to my songs compare to previous ones, but there are far many songs I haven’t released than other’s expectation. So, I would show my music color through my mixed tape which I am preparing now. It will be released around upcoming Oct. I hope you like it!

I had a long time slump during last December to this May; it was about 6 months. I did not trust the way I picked, and could not have confidence in my music. I was deeply depressed. I think that was the hardest moment for me. At that time, I was not able to do anything and gave bad influence to my surroundings. I still feel sorry for them.

Yes, I do. Her name is ‘Chae-won Hwang’, and she does not have nick name. She is only 18 years old, but she has a passion in her heart for photography. Recently, she visited SM Entertainment Music video place, worked as a photographer for profile and performance pictures. I can find her bright future through her passionate life. Also, I have a musician friend named ‘Lil AArd’ who is same aged as me. He normally covered hip-hop genre, but recently he started to make artworks, mixing, and beats to fulfill his desire. He always challenges himself to make new atmosphere for his music, and not to be in mannerism. It really looks good to me.  

Honestly, my music color is not obvious as other musicians’ style. So I go through many thoughts before composing music, and try to put some new changes to it. I am happy when people recognize my agony and come to be saying they are my fans. I will become a musician who would not let my fans down! Thank you so much!
