Q. Please introduce yourself briefly.

Hello I am a rapper ‘Chaebinnie’. I used to be a model for a long time but decided to become a singer in the memory of my late father.

 

Q. How did you start music?

It started with the USB drive of my father who passed away.

After discovering my whole portfolio on that memory stick I came to idea that I should start a musician career. My father liked music and movies a lot. I got a great chance to start the music career and in a memory of my father who was keen of music and movies his entire life I don’t want to miss it. I know it won’t get to my dad, but I wanted to sing my heart so that I can tell him what I couldn’t say before. Also, I wanted to remember my dad through singing for all my life.

 

Q. What do you usually get inspiration from when you work on your music?

My inspiration comes from my memories and experiences.

 

Q. What do you care most about when you work with music?

Above all, I believe that delivering my true heart is the most important part here.

 

Q. Tell us about your new album.

It is a song dedicated to my loving father in heaven. Lyrics are the messages to my father who passed away unjustly in a medical accident.

 

Q. What do you care most about when you sing on the live stage?

I pay attention to the delivery of my lyrics and the diction of emotion.

Q. Do you have an artist you want to work with or a genre you want to challenge?

I would like to work with Moon Myung Jin and APL.

I also want to challenge the EDM genre, so I’m currently preparing an EDM album.

 

Q. Which country do you want to enter?

I want to sing in Japan and Europe.

 

Q. What is your future activity plan?

I want the products that I contracted exclusively to sell well because of me and my music. (laugh)

 

Q. Do you have any songs you want to recommend?

PK Heman's ‘Summer night under the moon’ and APL’s ‘Don’t be mad.’

 

Q. If you are on a retirement stage, what is the last song you want to sing?

I would like to sing Dear Dad, the song let me start the music.

I am interested in acting or CF.
